Amy Palmer is an artist currently living and working in the West Midlands.
I am interested at looking at the human figure as well as family relationships. I want to produce something that people can enjoy for its reassuring and tender qualities. I am working primarily with charcoal on paper which gives the intimate theme I am currently working with a dimension that connects me to my work whilst anchoring the theme of sleep and familiarity.
I have just come back from three weeks travelling around Brazil. I am currently making new work which relates to my time away. Watch this space!
